- TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin): The most widely specified commercial roofing membrane in the U.S. Heat-welded seams create a monolithic, watertight surface. Energy-efficient white membrane reflects solar heat, reducing cooling costs in Georgia’s climate. Ideal for large, low-slope roofs on warehouses, distribution centers, and retail properties.
- PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride): Chemical-resistant and fire-rated, PVC is the go-to membrane for restaurants, commercial kitchens, manufacturing plants, and any facility where grease, oils, or chemical exhaust contact the roof surface. Heat-welded seams, like TPO, with superior performance in high-chemical-exposure environments.
- Roof Coatings & Restoration: When the existing membrane and insulation are still structurally sound, a coating system can add 10 to 15 years of service life at a fraction of the cost of a full tear-off. We evaluate every roof honestly: if a coating will do the job, we recommend it.
- Commercial Metal Roofing: Standing seam and mechanically attached metal systems for applications where longevity, wind resistance, and low maintenance are the priority.
What a Reroofing Project Looks Like
Commercial reroofing is not a weekend job. It is a planned, phased process designed to minimize disruption to your operations.
- Assessment and documentation. We inspect the existing roof, core-cut to evaluate insulation and deck condition, and document everything with photos and measurements. You receive a written report with our findings and recommendations.
- System specification. Based on the assessment, we specify the right membrane system, insulation R-value, and attachment method for your building. We walk you through the options, the warranty tiers available, and the expected service life of each.
- Proposal and scheduling. You receive a detailed scope of work and project timeline. We schedule around your operations, and we communicate proactively if weather or conditions require adjustments.
- Tear-off, inspection, and installation. We remove the existing system, inspect and repair the deck, install new insulation and membrane, and complete all flashings, penetrations, and edge details. Quality control checks happen at every stage.
- Final walkthrough and warranty registration. We walk the completed roof with you, confirm everything meets spec, and register your manufacturer warranty.
