- PVC: The right choice when grease, oils, solvents, or chemical exhaust contact the roof surface. Chemical-resistant and fire-rated, which makes it a fit for manufacturing and food processing facilities.
- Metal: Standing seam and mechanically attached metal systems for buildings where longevity, wind resistance, and low maintenance matter most.
- Roof Coatings & Restoration: If your existing membrane and insulation are still sound, a coating system can add 10 to 15 years of service life without a full tear-off. If a coating will do the job, we’ll tell you.
Phased Installation: How We Keep Your Facility Running
Large industrial roofs don’t need to be replaced all at once. We break projects into sections so most of your building stays protected and operational the whole time.
- Assessment and documentation. We inspect the roof, core-cut to check insulation and deck condition, and map rooftop equipment and problem areas. You get a written report with findings and recommendations.
- Phasing plan. We split the roof into work zones based on your operations, putting critical areas first or last depending on your production schedule.
- Sectioned installation. Each zone is torn off, inspected, repaired, insulated, and dried in before we move to the next one. No large open areas left exposed overnight.
- Coordination throughout. One point of contact keeps your team updated on progress, weather adjustments, and any work near equipment or occupied areas.
- Final walkthrough and warranty registration. We walk the finished roof with you, confirm it meets spec, and register your manufacturer warranty.
